1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available for selected locations upon request.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking ID/AWB Number
  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please ensure:

  • Correct Full Name
  • Complete Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Correct PIN Code

Anandi Ayurleaf is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational delays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Leaking

please do not accept the delivery if possible. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product for assistance.


10. Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide a resolution.


11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
