At Anandi Ayurleaf, customer satisfaction is our priority. As our products are personal care and wellness items, we maintain strict quality standards and hygiene practices. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product may be picked up by our courier partner, or
  • You may be asked to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • If the order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, if any.

8. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

we may charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatching the order.
